Korean cosmetics private label, from formula to shelf
Next Pangaea is a Korean private label cosmetics manufacturer in Seoul. We develop, fill and ship skincare, sun care, masks, hair and body care for retailers and brands worldwide — from one product to a full line, with our own factory and 30+ direct suppliers behind a single point of contact.
Why brands choose a Korean private label partner like us
Korea sets the pace in skincare formulation. The hard part is getting a factory to take your order seriously, at your quantity, on your timeline. That is the gap we fill.
Our own factory, plus 30+ direct suppliers
NXP LAB and NXP FACTORY develop and fill in-house. Ingredients, containers, pumps, labels and cartons come straight from 30+ partners we manage — so a multi-SKU line runs on one schedule, one quote and one point of contact.
A dedicated line, not a queue
Large Korean ODMs plan around their biggest clients. We assign production by line, start from test quantities, and you talk to the person running your project — in English, Chinese, Russian or Kazakh, without an interpreter.
Quality and export paperwork included
ISO 22716 cosmetics GMP, a certificate of analysis for every batch, and an ingredient and label review for the country you sell in — EU, UK, US (MoCRA), China, the Gulf, India and Southeast Asia.
Priced from live Korean market data
We track Korea’s best-selling products every day and estimate what it costs to make a matching product. You start from a real unit cost, not a “$2 to $8” range.

MOQ and timeline
MOQ: 5,000 units per SKU is the baseline for skincare; around 1,000 units can be reviewed for some formats at a higher unit price. Sheet masks and sun sticks usually sit above 5,000 because of line setup.
Timeline: quote in one to two days, samples in about seven days per round. Retail buyers with a fixed spec typically reach a purchase order in one to two months; a new brand building concept, formula and packaging from scratch takes four to seven months.

Common questions
What is the minimum order quantity for Korean private label?
5,000 units per SKU is the normal baseline for skincare, and the quantity our cost estimates are based on. Runs of around 1,000 units can be reviewed for some formats, at a higher unit price. Our five-product starter range has an MOQ of 10,000 units with packaging included.
How much does it cost to manufacture skincare in Korea?
At 5,000 units, a product that sells for ₩15,000–25,000 in Korea typically costs ₩1,800–3,900 per unit to make, bulk, container and carton included — for example ₩2,700–3,500 for a sunscreen and ₩1,800–2,300 for a sheet mask. Containers, functional claims and small runs move the number most.
How long does it take from inquiry to first order?
A retail buyer with a target price and spec usually gets a quote in one to two days, a sample in about seven days and a purchase order in one to two months. A new brand still deciding concept, formula and packaging typically needs four to seven months. Production to delivery is about 40 to 70 days.
Do you do OEM, ODM or both?
Both. You can bring your own formula or reference product (OEM), or start from one of our ready formulations and adjust texture, scent, claims and packaging (ODM). Thirty formulations are ready for sampling now.
Can you help with export registration?
Yes. We prepare batch COAs and review ingredients and labels for the destination market, and work with your responsible person or importer on EU/UK notification, US MoCRA listing, China filing and other markets.
Where are your products sold?
Brands we produce for are supplied to a European drugstore chain in 12 countries with 1,200+ stores, with further European and North American retail programmes scheduled. Client names are shared in consultation, within what our agreements allow.
